Terms of service

These terms govern your use of KPAI, operated by Zuti Digital (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using KPAI, you agree to them. If you use KPAI for an organization, you agree on its behalf.

The service

KPAI answers questions about marketing performance and builds reports from the data sources you connect. It is currently offered as a preview to invited users. We may change, add, or remove features as it develops.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Only invite people you trust to your workspace: members can see its projects, connections, and answers.

Connecting your accounts

• Connect only accounts you are authorized to access, and only for the businesses you work with.
• KPAI reads connected accounts and never changes them. Your use of each connected service remains subject to that service’s own terms.
• You can disconnect a source at any time from Connections.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse KPAI: no attempts to access other workspaces’ data, to disrupt or overload the service, to reverse engineer it, or to use it for anything unlawful.

Your data

You keep all rights to your data. You give us permission to process it only to provide KPAI to you, as described in our privacy policy.

Answers and accuracy

KPAI computes its figures from your connected sources and says where they come from, but source data can be delayed, incomplete, or defined differently from one platform to another, and the written explanations are generated by AI. Check important figures against the source before relying on them for business decisions.

Disclaimer and liability

KPAI is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Zuti Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of KPAI.

Ending use

You may stop using KPAI at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@kpai.com. We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
